The retreat group is supported by two UK based Ayurvedic experts, Dmitry and Karen, who will travel with you and be there to host your stay at Greens Ayurveda. Bringing their own specialisms in Ayurvedic Yoga and Ayurvedic Cookery and Diet, Dmitry and Karen will run their own workshops alongside Greens' excellent team, as well being your primary point of contact and assistance during the retreat.
Participants will each be assigned their own Ayurvedic doctor. In personal consultations your doctor will use Ayurvedic techniques to diagnose any physical, mental and emotional imbalances, as well as discuss your own wellness goals along with any health issues you may want to address.
A bespoke retreat program will be recommended for you, consisting of targeted daily treatments, herbal tonics and therapies. There will also be a daily yoga session lead by the Greens Ayurveda team, breaks for meals and juices and also daily specialised workshops.
